What?
This FREE event will provide information to parents whose children use special education services in the hopes of adequately preparing families for the upcoming school year. The event will shed light on the current laws in place that affect special ed. students, and will provide strategies and tactics for attendees to achieve the best results with their education plan.
In conjunction with ABOARD, "The Nuts 'n' Bolts of Special Education" is sponsored by the Allegheny County Department of Human Services, the Office of Behavioral Health, and the Bureau of Children and Adolescents MH Services.
